Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Customized pieces and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Indian Customers: Process returns or exchanges via our website or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 95679 11101.
- International Customers: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
- India: A pickup will be scheduled within 1 to 5 days. 
- International: Customers must arrange return shipping with a tracked service. A prepaid shipping label may be provided for eligible returns.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines
- Exchanges can be processed only for the same or higher order value.
- Exchange orders cannot be returned or converted into store credit.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days after our quality check. Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 20 business days.
