- Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Stock Availability: If an item requires restocking, processing may take longer, and we’ll notify you via email.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

We offer standard shipping at fixed rates across India. Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹3000.

Payments, Taxes & Duties

- Payments: All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay.
- Taxes: Prices are inclusive of taxes.
- Customs Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, which shall be borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Customized pieces and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Indian Customers: Process returns or exchanges via our website or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 95679 11101.
- International Customers: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
- India: A pickup will be scheduled within 1 to 5 days. Returns are completely free
- International: Customers must arrange return shipping with a tracked service. A prepaid shipping label may be provided for eligible returns.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines
- Exchanges can be processed only for the same or higher order value.
- Exchange orders cannot be returned or converted into store credit.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days after our quality check. Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Cancellation Policy
- If an order is canceled after dispatch, the refund will be processed only after the item is returned and quality-checked.
